bright, if not garish, with exteriors of mirror-bright silver, gold, jade, and
copper.

This design, inspired by the now-famous WWI poppies & poem, hails back to
the original colors, while taking full advantage of this incredibly-rare pattern.

Equivalent to the Acorn pattern in scarcity, the Poppy is one of the more
sought-after patterns available, and is typically found on trunks from a slightly
later period.

An historically-correct tray and good size give plenty of storage room as well; it
has been suggested for Christmas decorations...

Why we have it on our site at all is addressed in our FAQs

All of our trunks are original manufacture, and so may have
various original marks from being used as luggage. We
choose to leave most of these in place as we feel they add a
certain character and historical nature to these fine pieces.
